Executing Marvin

Fashionably late with this posting, but in any case ...
My opinion is & has always been that Vincent executed Marvin.
Why?
After the "miracle" saves Vincent & Jules -
Vincent stoops down to Marvin, who is wimpering
in the corner, and asks (approximately), "Why didn't you tell us
there was someone else here with a goddamn hand cannon? Did you forget?"
Vincent tells Jules to tell Marvin to shut up, & Jules tells Marvin
that Marvin had better shut up. As we all know Jules & Vincent
heatedly debate whether God stopped those bullets.
Vincent, it seems to me, decides to make a point and
to get even with Marvin for Marvin's (failed) plan
to triple-cross Vincent & Jules by blowing off Marvin's head.
I've NEVER, ever heard nor seen anything about this point.
I have never seen/heard anyone else reference Vincent's
questions to Marvin in the apartment. Years ago I repeatedly
made this argument to Victoria, who would never agree,
but at one time did make the admission that
"God didn't stop those bullets ...".
I, of course, am interested to hear/read any thoughts on this issue.
Maybe there is even more to this issue that I've noticed.
I never considered any supernatural briefcase contents
until somene mentioned the far out internet theories.
I one had a group/guided meditation experience (lying on the floor)
during which I fell asleep; and when I woke up,
I felt "myself" hovering at the back of my neck ...

lol good theory and i agree wiv u coz vincent blames killing marvin on a bump in the road n jules ses there was no fukkin bump so yor theory is plausible and possibly correct.

Your theory is plausible, but here is my thought. Vincent makes many careless mistakes in the movie that have huge consequences. First, he shoots Marvin in the face, secondly, he makes Jimmie's hand towel "look like a goddamn maxi pad!", he also mistakenly leaves heroin packaged as cocaine in his pocket. His final and biggest mistake was leaving his machine gun on the counter when he was staking out Butch's apartment, which leads to his death. Throughout the movie, he relies on others to fix his mistakes. He is not as smooth as he lets on. The first three mistakes, he has someone there to save his ass, twice, it is Jules who provides assistance directly, or through his contacts. For the final and most important mistake, you have to remember that chronologically, Jules has already quit the life. Without Jules there, Vincent is more prone to mistakes.

So even though your theory make sense, it seems more likely that Vincent was just careless, then he wanted to get even with Marvin.

lol i cant decide between yor theories theyre both so plausible
