It has been rumored that The Whole Bloody Affair was gonna come out but than QT decided to do Grindhouse instead of The Whole Bloody Affair. What would you like to have on The Whole Bloody Affair dvd?

Well, for those who don't know what he's talking about:

Tarantino ist going to connect the two Kill Bill movies to one big movie, called "Kill Bill - The Whole Bloody Affair". As far as I know he's going to recut both movies and wants to use the Japanese uncut-version of Kill Bill Vol. 1. Smile

Well that sounds great.
The international cut really does suck. The japanese one is much better.

What shuld be on the dvd? on the dvd of vol. 2 there is a cut scene where bill fights against some dude(s) on a market(?).
I'd love to see this scene in the recut.

I think I don't want to have or see this, because in Cannes Tarantino presented already a complete Version of the 2 movies and this version wasn't really interesting at all.

After all what I heard about it was just that both movies were cutted together leaving some parts out but nothing special. And quite frankly to have that effect I don't have to buy a new DVD I only put my 2 Japanese Kill Bill DVDs in the Player and watch them.

What kind of extras does everyone want? I want some commentary by the cast and QT

The question for extras is a good one! Normally I don't watch extras, it is hard enough to find spare time to watch all the movies so it is even harder to find time for extras.
I would prefer a good transfer for audio and video so that the DVD may have a very good quality.

For the extras I would like to see a documentation with information about the work on the set, inside information and interviews with the cast. A audio-commentary would not be important for me because I wouldn't listen to it, in most cases those commentaries are boring.

For me, an audio-commentary is very important. Would be very interesting.
I would also like to see a special, where Quentin talks about the influences of the film.
Then, interviews with the cast and maybe comments by other directors.

are you sure? you didnt watch it, did you? if not you cant say it's not interesting.

A documentation like "Full Tilt Boogie" on FDTD would be cool.
Normally i dont often watch extras on dvd. Same reason as mickey. But "Full Tilt Boogie" is very interesting and almost like a movie.

Of course I haven't seen it but from after all what I read I can say that it would not interest me because of the facts already mentioned. A complete Kill Bill should be something completely new with the Scenes in another order for example but not the two movies cutted together.

I have an equal attitude to the complete cut. Definitely, I would go and watch it at the theater. But a bit more than just cut back to back would make it real interesting and especially the fans should be free to expect more than this.

Just adding vol.2 to vol. 1 would suck. yes!
but a complete new cut would be something new.

I have heard the only changes is that the fight scenes wont be in black and white but in color
