Well one thing could possibly be that there is Marcellus Wallace soul in it. This would fit perfectly because Marcellus has a patch on his back of the head where someone could have stolen the soul from.

well when you hear that story, usually someone comes and says:"nononono its because ving rames at a scar at his neck, and that would kinda confuse the viewer !"

but...to replace a scar by a band aid to NOT confuse the viewer ? wtf
i think the band aid is fuckin purpose !
